Arario’s Shanghai room has walked with Chen since Voice of Asia, the West Bund inaugural in 2017, and the paired exhibition The River Never Remembers. In 2025 the gallery opened a new Shanghai space with Fluid in Forms. From 11 September to 31 October 2026 the group exhibition Where Does the Water Go is on the floor: a river asked as a route, not a symbol. The recent numbered works — Midsummer Dream, L’Étranger, Time Forest, Growth, First Lunar Month — are recorded on the gallery’s artist page.
